Having produced Mums Pudding; I thought it would be different to introduce fruit to the mix. Here we have a mixture of re and green apples blended in with Raspberry, Strawberry and Blackberry. The crumble is made from cookie dough, toffee, caramel and a secret ingredient that brings out the nutty edge to it.
